EAST RIVER PARK

 There she is around 12th Street approximately, that’s what the most advanced segment of the East River Promenade looks like. All it takes is another layer of cement and they might be ready to start installing the fence.  Here is another look at the more advanced segment, also around 12th St.  This is as far as the more advanced segment reaches this morning, at about 10th Street.  This is what the promenade looks like between 10th and 8th Streets.  And this is where the frontline force of barges and cranes and digging machines and cement mixers is holding today - between 10th and 9th Streets. |
